Hampton Inn Richmond-Southwest-Hull Street

Very accommodating staff. They gave me excellent directions over the phone and recommended a restaurant that could handle our lacrosse team. A party of 19 rowdy little boys.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. It is located within good distance of fast food and dine-in restaurants. The parking area was well lit and there was a side door access which made it feel safer to be far from the main entrance. I arrived Sunday and did not realize the heat was out. I contacted them after work Mon to advice of the heat and that the next day was fine. They forgot to send someone and finally fixed it on Wednesday. A little inconvenient but not too bad.
